Used to be really easy to call the surgery, but now if the line is busy, it cuts you off after listening to all the information first. You used to be able to be in the queue. So now it's virtually impossible to get through. Not good when you're not well and having to keep trying to get through and keep being cut off.

Unable to comment on the effectiveness/politeness of the doctors in this surgery, as I was unable to get past the very rude receptionist, who without listening claimed that I could not join the surgery as I did not live in their area. She was also very quick to direct me to The Colliery Practice surgery that was even further away and at the same time disrespecting another receptionist who gave me the questionnaire to fill in to join the Nile surgery in either Cannock or Chesley Hay as they were both equally in distance of my new home. Not a great first impression of Cannock for someone who has just moved into the area :(

When are they planning to start operating again, getting an appointment is impossible and while it's great that you can get a phone consultation this doesn't always help, I haven't had a blood pressure check for over 2 years as it's not deemed important yet keep getting told my blood pressure is not coming down enough and medication needs to be reviewed
