We have booked a table for diner at 20.15 we been received very well however the table was very close to others didn't feel comfortable . We have ask if we can go on terrace have a drink . We have been told we not allowed however other people were keep going there and back . So we sat at the bar area so we could have a bit more privacy . At 9.07 we decided to go for our diner as we knew kitchen closed at 9.30 pm . As soon as we swat down the waitress as told us we can't go for starter as no time so we have to go straight for main courses . And she also give us only 5 option of main course. I find it extremely rude for 5* star service hotel . We are our self running catering business so we know how a good service should be provide . Coudnt fauld on food we choose was absolutely amazing.

I came and visited the Nici last month and was absolutely blown away at how well everything has been put together. For years Bournemouth has been crying out for a luxury hotel, and the Nici has gone above and beyond! Friendly staff, top of the range facilities and amenities, and a fantastic restaurant to go with everything else. Can’t wait to visit again.
