My main gripe is that nobody ever answers the phone - recorded message advised to send email Into sales info - have done that numerous times still no response. Don’t know when to expect delivery of item - last time I ordered from them the legs of the TV unit went missing in transit. Again took several emails before a response Really very unsatisfactory customer services. It’s only because their furniture is so lovely that I bother to order again. Very frustrating
