Great country-style pub with real ales on tap and a comprehensive wine list. Food is always great with a good selection that changes with the season. One of the nicest pub gardens around, with 3 different levels and play facilities for small kids. Walkability: Situated within a few hundred metres of Wye centre. Easy to walk to, but also has a good-sized private carpark.

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant area had a few other tables so nicely busy. Good service and a decent menu. I ordered the asparagus to start but in hindsight would have got the mackerel. For mains I got the chicken milanese which was quite tasty but thought the dish was a bit dry and could have done with a sauce.

Outstanding pub with lovely accommodation. Our room in the stable block was brilliantly appointed and exactly as described. The breakfast was huge and superb; so good in fact we didn't eat again until the evening! Huge amounts of parking which was extremely useful. We didn't use it but there's also bike storage, bike repair tools and even bike cleaning on site too. This is the only pub I've come across that offers every wine by the glass; they have a special machine to reseal each bottle to make sure it stays in good condition. A well thought out nice wine menu too. Also try a G&T, one of the best presented you will find. Overall a really lovely stay, we will definitely return.

We only ate here. And going by shepherd and Neme, i shouldnt be surprised by the quality, you cna only work with the ingredients the chain allows. The service was good except they got the omelette wrong, and the burgers mixed up so we started to eat the wrong items. The dishes weren't great, to be fair.. Location and size of outside space is lovely..

We stayed in this place for a weekend. The room was amazing! Clean, rather big and very authentic. The place stays close to the road, but it’s very quiet and peaceful. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant was really good! Also I would like to mention the staff - friendly, attentive people who do their best to make you feel like home :) Our dog get so much attention and was very welcomed. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back.

Using the shepherd's Neame walking excuse, 5 of us, and a laid back dog visited the New Fly Horse on Saturday. We embarked on a 6 Mile walk, and returned for lunch. Firstly, this pub is fabulous. Extremely well presented inside, and a tasteful pub garden stands around the back. The staff were friendly, and efficient. The food menu was not huge as dishes are cooked fresh, but there was enough variety to meet mixt tastes. Without exception, our five meals were heaven. Even Obi the dog enjoyed his compliment biscuits and water dish. The ambience was just perfect, with odd nick knacks dotting the bars. New Flying Horse , well done.
