    As a longterm private member and longterm visitor( stayed in your rooms at least once a month) and using your facilities frequently. My experience yesterday was absolutely disrespectful. I arrived yesterday to meet a friend for dinner. I found 5 doormen at the door and NONE of them opened the door. As a woman, that door is extremely heavy I even hung back abit they didn’t open the door for me neither were they helpful infact a customer was kind enough to open it. I will be reconsidering my membership due to this terrible treatment & discrimination. If I know my way around I shouldn’t have to tell you I have a membership to be treated better. All persons, genders, race should be respected and feel welcomed at all times.
