Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, products and fish are reasonably priced and if they don't quite have what you're looking for, such as a particular fish, shrimp, snail, etc, they will do what they can and find if they would be able to order in, what you're looking for. I can also tell that the animals are looked after in the store.
