The natural food company saved the day on Tuesday when we had booked a table at a nearby vegan cafe for my mum's birthday and they did not open or contact any of us. We got some delicious snacks from the natural food company and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The white chocolate and raspberry blondie was amazing. 100% recommend this wonderful place!

Agree with previous review. Not everyone finds incense smell pleasant. It put me off as soon as I walked in. What happened to just opening the door and letting fresh air in instead of wasting money on incense sticks that alot of customers may not like and as for the owner's response being noone else has complained about it. How many people would actually make effort to write this if they are not planning on visiting again. I felt compelled to write this review because I did agree with previous one and had owner not wrote 'noone else has complained' I actually wouldn't have botheredbso not everyone will bother making effort to complain and the last thing a loyal customer who has made genuine complaint is wanting to.hear 'noone else has complained about it'

We’ve been visiting Natural Food Company for the past 10 years, and sadly this will be our last visit. The fresh takeout food and sweets tasted strongly of incense, the samosas were dry and tasted of incense, the skull chocolate shortbread was white underneath (hopefully not mold) and again tasted of incense, the brownie was dry, stale and tasted of incense. The custard and chocolate bar packaging stank of incense. I was wearing a mask and didn’t smell this problem until I got home, otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my money. Emailed the store fyi not expecting vouchers or money off and got no response. It’s a shame because despite the indifferent and ignorant male staff and the mix of eggs/non vegan items this was a gem.
