The National Telephone Kiosk Collection is housed within the Avoncroft Museum but is separate (included within regular admission though). Most people don't give a second thought to telephone kiosks but the guides (interpreters) at the Collection breathe life into its history for their visitors - special thank you to Tony for being so enthusiastic and friendly.

Interesting to see all types of phone boxes including an Internet only box. Has a small working phone exchange & in normal times it is possible to go in the phone boxes to make calls to the other boxes. Not sure about interest value for small children but as it is a small part of Avoncroft outdoor museum the whole site has something for everyone.
