The course is good and some teachers are very good but unfortunately down the line after 3 + years they will take you out of the accreditation for no reason . Be careful this company it’s not trustworthy. Spend your money with a Bacp organisation. My honest advice.

Very disappointing. Despite being registered with them for six years, after a period of retirement they will no longer accept me without client logs right back to qualification (10 years! 9000+ hours) written statements, letter from supervisor (who is also now retired) and a CV. This is the kind of thing that makes people not bother to register at all, leaving the profession wide open to abuse. Not recommended. I will register elsewhere. UPDATE: They have kept a percentage of my money too as the terms and conditions say membership fees are non-refundable. Beware, they keep your money even if membership is not offered or taken.

Excellent organisation that really attends to the details. They offer great support, are always contactable & friendly plus brilliant training & workshops. Exactly what a regulatory body should be. I see them definitely edging ahead of the BACP. Well done NCS.

Extremely disappointing - apparently Level 4 and 5 CPCAB Diploma's and an Advanced Level 6 Diploma from the Institute of Family Therapy, plus 4000+ hours of clinical practice is not sufficient evidence to be accepted onto their accredited register. It has been a frustrating and invalidating experience. Never again, back to the BACP for me.

Update reassessed star rating The society have refunded my money as an act of goodwil as i had mitigating circumstances. Please make sure you cancel your standing order if you leave. I cancelled my membership in 2019 and they have taken the money again this year. They said that as I hadn't cancelled the S/O they were not going to refund the money even thoughit only went out yesterday and i spotted it first thing this morning .

I would like to thank the team at NCS, for their excellent support and information during this strange time of lock down and Covid-19. It has been a breath of fresh air to get clear information and guidelines at a time when our political leaders are divided and not clear themselves. So again thank you very much!
