Fantastic professional service from the NAJ! Thank you so much Katie for such a positive experience, from taking the time to assist us, listening to our concerns and providing a first class report to assist with our customer enquiry. We are proud to highly recommend the NAJ: both to other retailers considering membership and to members of the public seeking fair and impartial jewellery advice from industry specialists.

The NAJ have been absolutely superb in resolving my dispute with one of their members. Katie has been professional, understanding and proactive in this matter, putting me in touch with specialists who have given generously of their time and expertise. I am most grateful for all the help I have received and I can highly recommend contacting them if you have a problem.

Very poor service offered to me as a consumer, messages were repeatedly ignored. They did, however, provide helpful support to the retailer who sold an engagement ring which broke 5 times in 4 years, so that we never got a fair resolution.

Would give a minus if I could, they are supposed not to be biased and help customers, I find this hard to believe as their wages are paid through jewelry shop memberships, we was in a dispute with one of there members who told us to go to them, upon getting in touch with Katie Gillespie she wanted to see the ring leaving it with her for a week after collecting the ring it looked like work and a fake hallmank put in. I did not give my agreement too and it was done without my acknowledgement I still was not told why the ring weighed the same after a gram of gold was added we even produced paperwork from the manufacturer who made the ring it was brand new in my opinion go straight to trading standards they are slower but NAJ are a waste of time

I find there are lots of worthwhile benefits from membership, just recently Scott has helped me sort out an absolutely huge increase in our card processing charges, which Barclaycard were trying to put through... (the preferential rate barclaycard give to NAJ members is very good indeed). They are always friendly and helpful whatever my query or issue may be!

Appreciate Katie helping me with a dispute I had with a member of NAJ. Initially didn't get a reply so I called to make sure my email had been received okay. It turns out it went to junk email! But from then on was very quick with replies and very helpful. Without NAJ, I don't think the dispute would have been resolved, after having constant issues every step of the way when buying an engagement ring! Thank you. (she said yes!!)

Absolutely amazing service & the help I received from this organisation & Katie in particular was brilliant. I had a dispute with a organisation who is a member of NAJ & we were at a stalemate, out of frustration I contacted the NAJ & so glad I did. Katie listened to me carefully & went through my case & complaint in detail requesting copies of all my correspondence & said she would look into it. That evening had an apologetic email from jewellers involved & offering me a full refund on my faulty item, over the moon!!

They did an excellent job in helping me to claim my refund from The Jewellery Channel (TJC) who sold me a defective necklace and refused to communicate with me regarding my complaint, let alone give me a refund. Katie Gillespie took the complaint very seriously and resolved the matter very quickly. It is good to know that there are people and organisations out there to help with disputes like these.
