Worst Nail Shop. I am writing in regards to a visit to your stratford store. I came into your store at 5:38 on the 25.04.2023 to get my acrylics removed and re done. I was served by a lady at front desk. I asked how much this would cost me and she said £55 so I agreed. I asked for a style of nail which is chrome white pearl with almond shape. My nails underneath were long enough so they decided to not put a tip. At this stage no one had told me that I had to pay an extra £10 on top of £55. I was given the wrong colour and my nails looked awful. So the lady decided to re paint with gel however the application was extremely thick and I was left with such fat looking nails. They kept switching the person around and I had two other guys do my nails as the nail set was going so wrong and I wasn’t happy. Lastly a man who completely ignored what I was asking carries on filing my nails. I was left with pain and anger as he loudly told me to listen multiple times cutting me out. He wasn’t allowing me to speak, I was so embarrassed in-front of other customers. He treated me like I was a child. I work in Nars Stratford Boutique and I am a Manager at my store. How dare he treat his customers like this? I am in shock and this makes my blood boil as a Manager. I am attaching what I asked for and what state i was left at. My nails were left looking so thick, shape was so filled down but the nail gel was so thick. I have gel on my skin!!!! How is this okay. I left the store at 7:30pm and now I have a set that makes me feel so ugly. That’s not what nail salons are for. I have lumps on my nails. I am writing this complaint to make sure no one ever goes through what I have. Disgusting. Service: Acrylic nails

Overpriced for the quality and customer service. Even if it’s not busy you will be rushed and be aware that even if you ask for the express service they will move forward and charge you for a full spa. Recommend finding another salon.

Terrible experience and Overpriced. I had a no polish spa pedicure and the woman did not even want to file my nails. Paid £37 for a 2 mins soak in water and then straight away a light scrub, no filing and no cuticles. Most of the time she kept looking at me and then she talked to her colleagues in her language and laughed, which made me feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place. Awful and the worst pedicure I had so far. Service: Pedicure

Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Firstly, it is so ridiculously overpriced but I wanted to really treat myself and relax. I started by waiting 30 minutes with my feet in water with no one letting me know what was going on. I had ordered the ‘spa pedicure’ as I have had an incredibly stressful month and was looking to relax and unwind but I was already upset and annoyed about being ignored for 30 minutes and I’m not one to draw attention to myself in a public place by complaining. The ‘spa’ pedicure was rushed and nothing spa about it, except a hot towel and some rocks that were used to massage me for about 10 seconds. Not even moisturiser on my feet! Then I chose a gel colour for my nails, they didn’t have it. Chose another one, they didn’t have it. Then I was trying to find something I like that’s worth me paying £66 for this!!! But when I wanted some time to choose I was told ‘hurry up I want to go home’ so I left with a nail colour I hated, felt so stressed and annoyed, explained this at the counter but still was made to pay £50 after genuinely not letting my guard down about this and still had to pay that much. Came home now and my pedicure has already chipped :( - so unhappy - for the price this shouldn’t be the situation. So many other amazing places that do it better for a more affordable price. Understandable if they went above and beyond but they made it awful. Even tried to argue with me when I was explaining how unhappy I was. I never complain and I never leave reviews but I had to on this occasion. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
