The worst manicure experience I’ve had. 👎 Just went to cut my nails, polish and take cuticles and was charged £22 pounds for classical manicure that includes color when I’ve chose the £15pounds service for basic nail care. When I’ve pointed out that I was being charged for a service that I didn’t ask for they said it didn’t matter if I applied color or not that the cost would be the same. She was rude and I didn’t really had the space to complaint. On the way back I look to my nails and it was the worst service I’ve had - the shape of the nails isn’t uniform and proportional to my finger shape and they’re badly cut. If you can - don’t go there. Such a disappointment. They constantly prioritised walk-ins so the treatments of prebooked people like us took forever. And more crucially pretty shabby poor quality care - with many issues including very roughly doing cuticles with no oil so that three of my fingers were left bleeding. To top it off, when I got home I noticed my toenails were noticeably different lengths. Won’t be going again.
