I didn't have food there. The pub was okay, it's in a handy situation if you're ever in that area for whatever reason. It's handy for the retail Park though it's unlikely many people would walk to the retail Park as opposed to drive. It's not a real ale pub so it's ok if you like keg. Staff are attentive and friendly enough, which I suppose is the main thing.

Not enough staff. The two behind the bar were also serving and clearing tables. One member very nervous and untrained on the tills leading a lengthy to take the order. Had to enquire where was 1 of the 3 starters were, as only 2 brought out, and when he went to fetch it brought out the main meals instead. We had even finished the 2 starters and not had the 3rd. Mains arrived within a good time after finishing the starters but 45 minutes after clearing the mains pudding hadn't been brought out. During this time the manager had arrived and was helping to serve and clear tables as was extremely busy. When asked where were the puddings was told they would be out as soon as they could as they were busy. After 15 more minutes I asked again where were they to be told they couldn't locate the order and asked what was missing so it could be brought out. After another 10 mins they appeared and the manager offered a refund for the puddings. I explained to him all the issues we had faced during our visit to which he apologised. There were other diners there who were experiencing similar issues to us On previous visits, never really any issues, so would say this was staff shortage issue
