Fantastic museum full of wonderful historic exhibits. The extensive collection of phonographs, music boxes, player pianos and organs was brought to life on the guided tour. Marcus was a brilliant guide, very knowledge and friendly. Lovely to be able to watch and listen to many of the instruments actually play - the organs in particular had real theatre. The tour culminated in a Wurlitzer performance - this magnificent instrument was recovered from a nearby theatre and was great to hear. A hidden gem of a museum - even has free on-site parking which is a rare thing in London! There's also a café upstairs, and a gift shop on the ground floor.

We didn’t go to the museum, we used the carpark and it was great. 20 mins walk from a tube station and it was around £20 a night to park there. We had no issues and the lady at reception of the museum was so lovely and let us use the toilet too. Would park here again

This museum is a musical fascination. The tour is well worth it as explanation of the first mechanical music to the electronic music instruments. To see a Wurlitzer Organ up close is a must.

What a find! Came here on a Saturday and we were lucky enough to be treated to a tour with demonstrations of the instruments. We spent a really enjoyable two hours here and learned so many new things. If you're in the area definitely visit, or even make a special visit if you love music, pianos or technology. The museum is run by volunteers who have a real passion for keyboards and music technology. If you can, please support this museum!
