Jake's a great bloke, super friendly and helpful if you have any queries. He manages to get in some really interesting instruments from all over the place so it's always an education! He also does repairs in his workshop at the back and will try to help with things from polishing a fretboard to putting on an entirely new neck, and everything in between. Would recommend.
