I recently ordered an electric guitar from The Music Shop - for what I thought was an extremely competitive price. Later I was called by the owner and he personally consulted me on the specifics of the delivery, as well as other personal touches on the guitar I was looking for. I was very taken aback and super happy with the pleasant service - enough to immediately write a review! Will definitely be back for all things musical and otherwise - it's a real shame I don't live in South Wales as they seem brilliant!

Brilliant service. Been trying to track down a specific set of bass strings and found them here. Placed an order online at 350pm on a Saturday afternoon, minutes later got a call to confirm some details from Leyton (I think). They got the bass strings in the post the same day! Arrives quickly (even with postal challenges) and comes with a hand written thank you note and some little goodies too. Outstanding stuff. New strings now on... let's bring some thunder.
