I planned a surprise day out for my sisters 60th birthday. She came over from Spain specially for her surprise part of which involved a luxury pedicure and full body massage at The Mulberry spa. On the day, I received a call at 11am to tell me everything was cancelled as the therapist couldn’t get in. I know these things can happen but there should be an on call therapist to cover such circumstances. I don’t think its acceptable to let people down on the day and have no back up plan. I’ll never book there again after my surprise day was ruined.
