FAQ

What is your process for referring clients to attorneys?

At The Moving Hub, we have a rigorous process for selecting and referring clients to attorneys. We conduct extensive research and background checks to ensure that the attorneys we refer have the necessary expertise and experience in their respective fields. We also take into consideration our clients' specific needs and preferences before making a referral.

How do you ensure the quality and expertise of the attorneys you refer to clients?

We have a strict screening process for the attorneys we refer to our clients. We only work with attorneys who have a proven track record of success in their respective areas of law. We also conduct thorough background checks and review their credentials to ensure they have the necessary expertise to handle our clients' needs.

How do you charge for your services, and what is the estimated cost?

Our fees vary depending on the specific services our clients require. We offer competitive rates and always strive to provide our clients with the best value for their money. We provide detailed cost estimates before beginning any work, so our clients know exactly what to expect.

Can you provide references from previous real estate clients?

Yes, we can provide references from previous real estate clients. We take pride in the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our clients. We are happy to share feedback from previous clients to give potential clients an idea of the level of service they can expect from us.

What is your firm's approach to settling cases versus going to trial?

At The Moving Hub, we always aim to find the most efficient and cost-effective solution for our clients. We understand that going to trial can be expensive and time-consuming, so we always explore all possible options for settling cases before pursuing litigation. However, we also understand that sometimes litigation is necessary, and we are prepared to go to trial if it is in our clients' best interests. Ultimately, our goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, whether that is through settlement or litigation.

Dreadful operation.Placed my work with another dreadful operation JMR Solicitors. Shocking service and rarely pick up the phone. Response to emails is all fluff and no real help. Use a local firm and cut out these cowboys. There were useless. This is a genuine post from a real "client".

Terrible company with same terrible legal advisors operating comvarious companies (e.g.JMR Solicitors). They will be very nice trying to get the business, once that is secured, you will have the hell of your time. They do not answer their phone unless you select new quote or following-up on a quote, or return calls. when they pick the call up and says someone will call you back please note its a lie. For 2 weeks now still waiting for my compliants and a request for the fees charged. Please stay away, unless you want to waste money and develop all sort of sickness working with them. Terrible Terrible network of companies

Worst company I have ever used in 20 years of buying and selling properties. Unprofessional staff, lack of response or responsibility when things go wrong. Management fail to even acknowledge errors and worst of all, do anything about it. Unfortunately, we did not know at the time but this company has a terrible reputation and should be avoided.

Pls avoid this firm. You will lose your money going with them. If like me you research the firm they recommend to you and do not not see any bad review still stay away. Avoid at all cost. Your deposit is at risk, it is a sophisticated scam.

They're a third party company that puts you in touch with other solicitors. There's no point in using them as the price is different from quoted and the solicitors they use take months to complete if they manage to complete the work that is. I've been trying complete the purchase of a property for the last 6 months and still nowhere near completion.

*WARNING* Do not let the reviews fool you, they have conned my venerable mother out of several hundred £ and have ignored her calls and emails for months. *WARNING* They promise a money back Guarantee if your sale falls through but if the sale falls through because of professional negligence of them and their solicitor they completely ignore you and keep your money. The service these and PM Law provided has been nothing short of despicable with rudeness, bullying and outright lies. Our house sale fell through as a result of these guys and their solicitors and on inspection it seems their promises are false aswell as their 5* reviews. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS.**

Misleading and Despicable Searched on the law society website and ended up receiving a competitive quote from the Moving Hub for the sale of some land. They were very unclear as to what they were offering. I paid a hefty deposit to get work underway. 1 year later, having been past onto the worlds most incompetent law firm, Henna Heyward Law, that have achieved nothing, lost documents and avoided our calls and emails, our buyer has now threatened to pull out of the sale. I have had to instruct a second solicitor (now paying twice for a service I have already paid for) to actually get the sale to proceed. I can kiss goodbye to £540 as far as they are concerned, totally unprofessional. Daylight robbery. My advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID
