The staff are always welcoming and cheerful and take the time to come and say hello to our dog. We are seen quickly and all procedures are explained to us beforehand. All the vets and veterinary nurses are calm and confident with dogs, but veterinary nurse Michelle In particular ( who has been there forever) has a way of putting owners instantly at ease as well!
