This GP surgery shows poor practice. Zero illness prevention and extremly long wait even for a 15 minute phone appointment to be booked. No blood test performed in 9 years of registration. A general lack of care.

I was referred here by own Surgery to physio dept due to sudden loss of use of knee! . I was literally hopping around and got appt to get cortisone injection here within 14 days. The physio practitioner was brilliant and thoroughly professional, albeit the treatment lasted me only six months. I'm guessing a hospital / surgery wait will be next step.

I'll preface by saying our GP is wonderful. The practice itself is shocking. Too many patients for the amount of doctors there. It's incredibly difficult to get an appointment, I was in the call queue from opening at 8:30 until 9:15 and the appointments had somehow already gone. The reception staff are mostly good however there are a few that just seem to have attitude no matter the reason for the call. There seems to be problems with communication between the reception staff and GPs, we've been promised call backs or prescriptions and nothing has come of it.

This practice has gone rapidly downhill. Apart from my GP being excellent this surgery lacks any empathy or kindness towards their patients. Especially when suffering with a terrible illness.
