Laura was my first point of contact with Mortgage Pride through the Facebook Page and she was very friendly & helpful and even posted our Rightmove Link on the Mortgage Pride business page. We then had our first initial meeting with Steven over Zoom. Steven was very friendly, knowledgeable & understanding. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was more than happy to offer us advice & guidance and answer our many questions. It was great that we could arrange meetings in the evening as we both work during normal working hours. The mortgage application was the part of moving house that I was worrying about the most but Steven made it completely stress-free.
