We worked with Josh & Jake on our first house purchase which no fault to them fell through, We used them again for our second attempt at buying a house, We worked with Josh & Eoin They were fast acting when we needed a second mortgage, great advise given the current climate and always got back to us with information we needed. We have used this company twice. Both times, we have worked with the mortgage advisor Ian, who is absolutely fantastic! We're a fairly tricky couple to mortgage - I'm a bank nurse on a 0 hour contract but Ian is very organised with the paperwork and we've been accepted both time we've used him. They also offer a very competitive broker fee. We won't hesitate to use them again in future. Would highly recommend!

One of the few exceptions to the rule "you get what you pay for". Despite not charging us a penny, James and the rest of the team at The Mortgage Genie made my application absolutely seamless. James was able to provide knowledgeable advice and answer any questions I had about the process. My application was a little complex in that I was sourcing some of my deposit from overseas; James contacted lenders to determine which was the most appropriate given our circumstances, and he handheld us through the application process, turning what I imagine would be a very stressful part of the house-buying process into an absolute stress-free breeze. I'd highly recommend The Mortgage Genie to anyone looking to buy their first home. When it comes time for us to remortgage, I will absolutely be on the phone with them again.
