Where do I even begin ? Louise Onn from Mortgage Brain has been nothing but absolutely brilliant helping me and my partner getting a mortgage! She was great from first contact to finish and always available by phone or email. We thought our chances of getting a mortgage was a bit slim as my partner has his own business but Louise got us a mortgage and at a good rate. I am forever grateful to Louise. Highly recommend !

Very useful initially. Amberley was amazing and got me a mortgage which suited me to what I wanted I like other mortgage advisors else were. However, as the process went on I was less impressed with the mortgage brain. A phone call was organised to talk through life insurance options with us. This meant that one of us had taken then morning off of work and the other staying up after a 13 hour night shift. This phone call never happened. Waited over an hour until I could get hold of anyone about this and even then no one was aware of why Aaron hadn’t rang us and no one was able to get hold of him. This then was one thing that was holding our application up. The phone call was eventually rearranged with a different college (after they told me they could do weekends and then couldn’t do weekends) and after the phone call was told I would have a follow up phone call the following week. This never happened
