I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. I’ve just stay for a couple of nights. It’s small and friendly, impeccably clean and an excellent freshly cooked breakfast. It’s very reasonably priced too and a wonderful view of the sea to walk out to in the morning.

I have never stayed here. I met a random woman on a night out and she was staying at this hotel. I rang up to check on this woman and received a text saying she was safe. The woman who messaged me had no idea who I was but still made sure the girl staying at the hotel was safe and also made sure I was contacted. Just for that this, this is the best BnB jn Southend

My Husband and myself have just spent a lovely, relaxing three days at "The Moorings B&B" in Southend On Sea. Situated nicely just a stones throw from the Beach "The Moorings" is a lovely, comfy and clean place to stay. Easily within walking distance of Southend's SeaLife Centre, Pier and Amusements. But the real jewel of "The Moorings" is the bubbly and lovely owner Emma who is a genuinely attentive host who makes it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended. Debbie & Damian Boyce

We had lovely time there, very cozy & clean. Our host also was a nice lady, she provided wonderful breakfast.we enjoyed the location, there is a public parking behind the property. Front of the place is zero distance to the sea. Definitly recommend it if you are looking for a place to throw tension and stress of daily work.
