Booked a room at this hotel last night in London. And in advance, confirming the reservation by phone. But to my regret they didn't find our booking in the end and sent us to a sister/alternate hotel next door across to the street. What was my surprise when, according to the stated criteria and beautiful photos - 5 stars - the hotel does not even pass the rating of a 3-star hotel. Terrible view from the windows, non-working air conditioning, and I generally keep quiet about the Spa - went to the reception desk, the Spa wildly smells of dampness and the smell of rot. I can't even imagine what the Spa and Jacuzzi are there. With breakfast, too, everything is incomprehensible and unpleasant. Some hotel from a horror movie. The only thing that saves is a good location and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. But I’m general It feels like a student hostel. I wouldn't recommend this place. It does not justify the stated criteria and the rating is much lower than you would expect.
