The service in this clinic is simply terrible. I was right on time for my appointment and they’ve made me wait for over an hour because they’ve messed up something. No proper apologies received and they’ve done absolutely nothing to avoid this situation to happen. Waste of time.

Just had a consultation there today and truly feel I have wasted £150. I had multiple moles I wanted to remove and the doctor told me it would be completely impossible to remove them which left me upset and confused as this place is literally called 'the mole clinic'. I said I would be going somewhere else for a second opinion to which he suddenly changed the story and said he could book me to remove one of them and started listing prices, but I did not want to give them any more of my money. I will be going elsewhere tomorrow with better reviews and a cheaper consultation fee. EDIT: I have just noticed they replied to my review saying they don’t have a payient of my name. They may be shocked to learn that some people use a different name online due to privacy reasons. However I can assure you this clinic is a scam, please don’t waste your time or money. I would recommend Cosmedics who only have a £50 consultation fee and were able to remove all of my moles for a more reasonable price.

The only thing that was lower then the competence is the care. I asked for advice what to do with a removal went wrong, but the practitioner went into how would she know that, she has no idea what was done, why she's even asked ... Even giving a leaflet about the potential risks would have been better than that amateur rampage about she being only an image taker why would she give advice. The incompetence was shocking. And the arrogance was a blow on my trust in private 'care'. The place practically had no expertise or care offered. Three times I repeated that I had full body check recently, 3 times she pushed that this is her advice, buying again. I just felt in the hand of a sales predator, horrible experience when in a vulnerable state of worrying about skin cancer!
