    Very disappointed with this company. Was happy to sign up and loved the concept, 1st delivery fine, place in porch as instructed. 2nd delivery left right outside door and empties in porch not collected. Unfortunately as I didn't know there were glass bottles tight in front of the door, I had to spend half an hour picking up broken glass and washing down milk, as the obvious happened. 3rd delivery says delivered but nothing there. CCTV checked and definitely no delivery. Have now cancelled account.

    Their prices have drastically gone up since I subscribed (around a year ago) plus the milk has been going off after a few days. They make it extremely hard for users to cancel their subscription, it seems impossible to do it on their app and it can only be done on a desktop. Only available option is to pause the delivery for a maximum of a month, very sneaky and unethical if you ask me. They've left a sour taste in my mouth (no pun intended) and I'm disappointed in the service and won't be recommending.

    Moving abroad and unable to escape this contract. Do not sign up. It's a contract you cannot leave. No phone number to call. Can only chat to a bot on the website that doesn't give you an option to cancel. Literally storing your card details and charging you against your will. Avoid like the plague.

    Left downstairs at my towerblock on the wrong day at around 12am and still being charged even though I haven’t received my goods absolutely bad customer service no way to call or speak to a human instantly. Will never order again

    the delivery is often to the wrong door and although i complain each time it happens every three or four delivery and makes collecting the delivery very difficult to carry all through the house and not empties collected not a good service

    At the beginning all went well. Then they kept leaving milk & other things I hadn't ordered. On letting them know they said just to enjoy them, no cost envolved. All very good but just too much for me to use, i was giving it away to neighbours. I told them I was considering leaving and the problem has been resolved. I now have another beef with them, dirty bottles, the fist time I gave them the benefit of the doubt in case it was my fault, this second bottle is definitely not my fault. I can't except bottles that have not been cleaned properly, they are getting the boot now.
