Kerry is friendly and easy to get along with, and she is a good artist having seen her work on other people. Unfortunately I felt that my tattoo was rushed and not a priority for her. I sent reference images and sketches well before my appointment in the October, however kerry didn't begin working on my design until about 6am the morning of my appointment in January after Christmas. This was a very special tattoo with alot of thought and sentimental meaning behind it For the person I loved who had died in my arms. The fact that merry was so underprepared meant that I ended up with a tattoo very different from what I originally wanted because I had travelled a long way I went through with it - I really regret this. Her design was much simpler than what I had wanted and I was charged for the day (for the design I wanted) The tattoo was overworked and as a result the healing was terrible and so painful I nearly fainted at work. The writing is unreadable as she said she needed a thinner needle, kerry said this as she was tattooing. The tattoo was such a disaster that I went back twice to have it fixed with her. She didn’t charge me for this and even offered to cover it. I’m devastated over the results and terrified of having another tattoo. I’ve cried over it and I’m not a crier. My kids call it the orange and another person thought it was a burn or rash. Overall the process just felt devastating. rather than being a beautiful tribute to a loved one, it’s something I avoid looking at or I get upset. she's brilliantly talented, but if you have your own ideas I think a different artist would be more suitable. Took my 8 year old daughter to have her first piercings after she had been asking for years. I knew I wanted her to have a positive experience and I 100% knew I needed to take her to Chel, she talked to my daughter about every little detail of the process before even starting the piercing and made my daughter know she was in charge, not me or Chel, this was her decision as it was her body and her ears . The reassurance of this throughout it all made her feel safe and Chel really went above and beyond with making her feel this way. Would recommend Chel for all piercings anyway but more so with children's first! Service: Ear piercing

I decided to treat myself to a new helix and lobe piercing. I contacted Chel via WhatsApp, paid my deposit and booked. A few days before my appointment I received the online paperwork which was easily completed and submitted on my phone. On arriving at the studio, Chel greeted me warmly at reception, showed me the lovely range of jewellery and went through the process with me. Earrings chosen and it was time. I'd not had my ears pierced since the 90s and boy, what a difference. Chel talked me through every step, the utmost professional at all times. This it the best studio I have been in. From the decor to the staff, everything is amazing and not intimidating in any way. I would highly recommend this place for a piercing Chel is amazing and explains everything. She really puts you at ease.
