FREEDOM! Yesterday, with lots of patience and good advice, Denis sent me off with a trendy, and comfortable mobility scooter in the back of my campervan. I did lots of research myself and ended up with what I thought I wanted but did not think it would go in my van. It was thanks to Denis and his experience and his "think outside of the box skills" that enabled me to find a way! I set of on my first solo adventure to visit some friends in the village - something I have not been able to do for six months or more and encountered three new helpful people en-route when I firstly dropped my phone (had not clipped it into the holder properly) and found myself stranded on a pavement with no dropped kerb! Charged overnight and ready for action! They know there stuff there and I felt happy to make the purchase as I feel there will be good after service! If you are having any doubts just go have a chat - there is no pressure. Jx

I filled out an online request about a wheelchair for my wife who is in Hospital .The guy there rings me and is very helpful on the phone this was the day before Christmas Eve ,I said I would call back in an hour with my card details to purchase the said chair, but things in my life prevented the call .The following afternoon at 13.00 I got a chance to call back and the deal was done .I never saw the chair before it was done with trust in some one who knew what I needed .This evening a lovely lady delivered the chair ( Remember its a Christmas Bank Holiday )I was right to trust this company the chair is brilliant and an amazing service for locals to the Aylesbury area . I wish I could add there names but I was very stressed due to the wife in Hospital . This is a company you can trust and looks after their customers ! Thankyou to all there for taking the stress away .
