I love the bed so much. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 It only took 30 minutes to set up, and I was shown how to use the controls. The guys cleaned up after them and I was happy with that. This experience has not been great. The sales person involved was absolutely not interested after he had his order and presumably received his large bonus. The chairs and bed my parents purchased were very expensive in comparison with other very similar products available elsewhere. The after sale service has been appalling. It transpires that none of the furniture was set up correctly giving issues with the “supposed made to measure chairs”. The bed was not as ordered and with parts missing to hold the mattress on and those that were there not fitted to the correct part of the bed. (As pointed out by your second delivery man when he came to rectify things). He was excellent and only person I have dealt with on their behalf who deserves any credit in my opinion. So shout out to Adam. The compensation of £100 Marks and Spencer voucher is welcome but a small drop in the ocean compared to the £10,000 they spent on 3 pieces of furniture in December which has only just been set up properly almost 5 months later. We would certainly not recommend your company to anyone and will not be using it again.
