Have given them 1 star only because I couldn't give them zero. After being told they could unlock my iPhone 6s I gave them £25 and waited, and waited. Returning to the shop several days later with no success I was told they needed my phone Id number once more and then I waited, and waited. Nope could I bring the phone in again and this time leave it with them, they would also look at the fault of the screen failing after several minutes. Several days pass and I'm told the phone is ready for collection, on arrival at the store I was handed the phone and told it would be unlocked but in a few days time but if it isn't I would be refunded my money and by the way we have fixed your screen problem but that will be free of charge for all your trouble. The phone isn't unlocked and the screen problem not fixed. I am returning yet again for a refund and an explanation for why I was misinformed as to why they didn't touch the screen fault. I will be back. 3 years later I’d still be waiting. :) Probably

Got my phone screen fixed no longer than 2 months ago and the full screen is coming off. Gone back into the shop today to see if this could be fixed and they tried charging me another £90 on top of the £120 I already paid. ridiculous and a complete scam🤣🤣🤣
