Jenna was our rock in our preparations for birth and throughout the birth itself. Any time we needed her, she was there to support us emotionally and physically. We chose Jenna because she was the only doula who listened to what our concerns actually were and who made us feel comfortable enough to be open about them - unlike others who we felt had more of an agenda. My son took his time to join us in this world and Jenna was there for every moment and seemed to foresee what I might need and was right there. I honestly can't thank her enough and she will always be part of our family in a funny way because of the bond we experienced.

We had Jenna as our doula for the birth of both of our children and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I are not originally from the UK and we had no family who could come join us for the birth. We decided to hire a doula so we had the comfort of knowing someone was with us who understood the process, who could be an advocate for us and most importantly - offer care and support through such a huge life change. Jenna was fantastic - even despite the fact that I ended up having to have c-sections for both of my births. Jenna is one of the warmest, kindest people I've ever met. The moment we met her we knew she was right for our birth. Even her voice is soothing- whenever I was having a wobble I could call her and just hearing her over the phone made my shoulders drop. We originally hired Jenna to assist us at what we thought was going to be a hospital birth in June 2020. She was knowledgeable, listened to everthing we wanted and really held space for us to explore our ideal birth. We also had some rewind therapy with her to heal from our first birth which I highly recommended. As Covid became more serious, I decided to opt for a home birth- something I would never have even considered if it were not for the support of Jenna. I just knew that we were in incredibly safe hands and I felt like I could achieve anything with Jenna's loving presence and experience. The homebirth was everything I had imagined and more, and it is the proudest moment of my life. It's no exaggeration to say that it would not have been possible without Jenna. She was with us every step of the way: she held my hand, she gave me exactly what I needed when I needed it (without me asking), she respected my wishes and she even tidied my house afterwards... Complete gold star experience. If I wanted more kids I would hire Jenna in a heartbeat.
