After another overwhelming trip to B&Q to look at colours, I contacted Jen at the Mini interior design company for some help with picking paint and wallpaper colours. Jen took the time to understand what type of look and colour scheme we liked. She sent colours recommendations and they were gorgeous! I would never have had the confidence to choose the ones she suggested alone. When we decided against having wallpaper as we liked one of the colours so much, Jen was helpful and responsive with advice. Really happy with how it has turned out. Jen helped us to visualise the look we were going for so we could find the right accessories for my daughters bedroom. It was like having a knowledgeable friend to turn to for advice. Thank you! I honestly can’t recommend Jen highly enough. I loved everything about the service - the communication, the ideas (plenty), the choice and range of things presented…it was all top notch! She was so, so patient with me throughout the entire process and even when we came to the end of our work and I wasn’t quite ready to decorate she kept checking in with me periodically to see how it was going. I massively appreciated this after care service as it gave me confidence to carry on with my choices (which were a bit different to what I’d normally go for). I used the Mini Interior Design Company to redesign the furniture and decor in my open plan kitchen/dining/living area. I had never thought about using an interior design company before as I assumed they would be hugely out of my budget however I was at my wits end with rearranging my furniture and still not feeling like my room was right so I decided to try out a consultation. I was impressed right from the start. Jen was friendly and put me at ease and straight away identified the issue with the design of my room, something I haven't been able to do in four years! I have always been very cautious of bold colour but with Jen's encouragement I chose a deep blue for my walls which is something I never would have done. The colour really sets the room and everyone who has been in the house since then has commented on how fabulous the walls look. Every piece of furniture looks wonderful and Jen's attention to detail is second to none. She even helped me to choose some beautiful cushions. I wanted a stylish room that was functional and practical with three young children and I have got exactly that. Jen was easy to contact and kept in touch throughout the process which was quite lengthy due to stockist delays due to Brexit and the pandemic. I highly recommend the Mini Interior Design Company and will be using Jen's services again in the future for other rooms in my home.
