I am coming to the end of my 580hour yoga therapy teacher training and it has delivered beyond expectations. Not only did they adapt extremely fluidly and efficiently to moving training online for the pandemic, they have also offered endless support for their students whilst providing a wealth of relevant and interesting knowledge that is all up to date and supported by science. The course is intense and hard at times, but you are given all of the information and help that you need to become a yoga therapist with this top institution.

I'm currently studying to be a Yoga Therapist with The Minded Institute. Heather and her team are so professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Each module is so comprehensive covering different disease areas, physiology, anatomy, yogic philosophy, psychology and practical application of all that's taught - backed up by masses of research! TMI have adapted brilliantly to having to teach online and are always quick to answer queries and support our studying and personal development.

I am part of the 2021-2023 cohort on The Minded's Yoga Therapy Diploma and I am always so proud to be able to say that, that I am learning from a leading institute in the growing field of Yoga Therapy. I had high expectations upon joining the course earlier this year but so far the course has managed to exceed my expectations, delivering the highest standard of academic and professional training I have ever received. The Minded institute has a team of experts in their fields and manages to remain at the forefront of growing research and developments in YT. The course is rigorous, but so worth it for the knowledge that is imparted to you. I couldn't be happier I made the decision to study with Minded, having already learned so much, and I can't wait for the rest of the journey ahead with them.

I have just attended a breathing workshop with the MI and found it excellent -- breath and kriya exercises are a lovely way to start the day and are excellent for those who struggle to meditate - I recommend trying a course at the institute

I have attended a number of trainings with The Minded Institute, and am a current student on their 580 Hour Yoga Therapy course. The course is a wealth of knowledge and incredibly detailed, provided by an engaging, qualified and compassionate teaching team. The course is rigorous and evidence based, whilst appropriately honouring Yoga’s routes, and provides a wealth of rationale for the application of Yoga practises to a range of conditions, all whilst developing and challenging our skill set to become Yoga Therapists
