SDS Roofing recently undertook some work on our roof. We contacted them after we discovered a leak in early December. They came round and assessed the damage and were thorough in their inspection. We went with their recomendation to replace a flat roof and have the whole roof felt replaced. They undertook a temporary repair on the leak which lasted until they could do the work. They kept us informed of when the scaffolding would be erected and the work would start. They started and completed the work within the timescale and all the people who worked on it were friendly, respectful and hard working. Chris visited, carried out a thorough inspection & took pictures of the damaged areas I could not see. The job was booked in promptly & carried out within a few weeks. I used SDS to re-felt & tile our old roof, plus make good some work that had been carried out poorly on our extension by the builders we previously used. From start to finish everyone at SDS was a pleasure to deal with and I'm really glad we used them. I called SDS for a Leak in my tiled roof, they couldn't have been better, the guys that came were very communicative and honest, we had another company come out to us and try to rip us off, and this led to me asking them to come and replace another roof now that we planned to do next year as I felt I could trust them and the work was a very high quality, both jobs were completed quickly and all works on site were excellent, Sam and Jason are a credit to the company. I am delighted with the service provided by SDS; from the inspection and subsequent quote to the scaffold and roofing teams. They removed all roof and ridge tiles, replaced roofing felt and battens and replaced all tiles and also removed old cement and affixed new gables. All the work was done at amazing speed and efficiency and with great care to house and garden. Following the recent storm and high winds on a Friday, our ridge tiles were blown off leaving a large open gap down the ridge. SDS were called, very helpful right from the start, next morning a team of three guys arrived and made it safe. The SDS owner visited, had a close inspection and gave excellent advice on interim course of action. Very glad we took it because we had round two the next day and another storm. No further damage occurred and the SDS team arrived Monday am to fix new ridge tiles, the job was finished early Tuesday am after sourcing the last couple of hard to find matching ridge tiles. Perfect job, executed so quickly and professionally it’s hard to give enough praise. These guys delivered an outstanding service. Many thanks to Sam, Debbie and all his team.
