Food was excellent, bit pricey but isn't it everywhere! Very polite staff and helpful. Hand a nice spot to eat our lunch with no intrusion from other customers. Been once before a few years back. Steak burgers a must.

Calamari was too small and overcooked, and even though the waitress replaced the first portion, the second was only slightly better. Pork Belly, although crispy on the outside, was way too fatty, and that was said by an Italian. My Chicken, Ham and Leek pie was tasty and well cooked, great pastry, but it was let down by the mashed potatoes which were more like wallpaper paste, thick and stodgy, but lacking any flavour, so definitely not buttered. A few refinements and the food would be top notch, as the venue is excellent. But the food we had was not as as good as expected. The place itself is such a wonderful place, and the service is great and the waitress we had was friendly and cheerful
