No longer values its staff or morales. Prices are too high. Doesn't listen to its staff. Just in it to line the big boys pockets. Cut backs on customer focus people to the point the poor stores have no staff to cover. They forget its staff that make them the money. Owned by us the members but run by money hungry tyrants.
