    (Translated by Google) I can't rate the food because I didn't even have the chance to try it even though I really wanted it. I made a reservation at this restaurant three days in advance and to my surprise when I arrived on time I had to wait outside for 15 minutes for a table which makes my reservation completely useless. After the wait, they finally call us in and they finally seat us. 20 minutes passed and at no point were menus, cutlery or anything brought to the table to the point where I had to ask for them myself. Finally, after a wait of more than half an hour from the initial time of my reservation, my girlfriend and I were ready to order and unfortunately no one ever came to our table to take our order, so we had no other option but to get up and leave. All of this occurred while other tables that arrived after us were being seated, given menus, served with wine and going for a second round of drinks while we had to order our own menus. It is worth mentioning that it was my partner's birthday and being the parents of a baby was the only time we could afford to leave our baby with someone for no more than 2 hours to be able to have dinner as a couple since almost a year ago which we didn't, in other words, it was quite a special dinner and one we really wanted to have, which was why I booked in advance. I live 5 minutes walk from the restaurant and I am very sorry that we will be ignored in such a way, so I will not recommend it to anyone in the area. Terrible service and good looking food although I can't rate it 100% as we weren't given the chance. (Original) No puedo valorar la comida por qué no tuve ni la oportunidad de poder probarla aunque tenía muchas ganas. Hice una reserva en este restaurante con tres días de antelación y para mi sorpresa al llegar a tiempo tuve que esperar fuera por 15 minutos por una mesa lo que hace mi reserva completamente inútil. Luego de la espera por fin nos llaman a entrar y porfin nos sentaron. 20 minutos pasaron y en ningún momento nos trajeron menús, cubiertos ni nada a la mesa hasta el punto en el que tuve que pedirlos por mi cuenta. Porfin luego de una espera de más de media hora desde la hora inicial de mi reserva mi novia y yo estábamos listos para pedir y lamentablemente nunca llego nadie a nuestra mesa a tomar nuestra orden así que no tuvimos otra opción más que levantarnos he irnos. Todo esto ocurrió mientras otras mesas que llegaron después de nosotros fueron sentados, obtuvieron menús, fueron servidos con vino e iban por una segunda ronda de bebidas mientras nosotros tuvimos que pedir nuestros propios menus. Cabe mencionar que era el cumpleaños de mi pareja y al ser padres de una bebé fue el único momento en el que podíamos permitirnos dejar a nuestra bebé con alguien por no más de 2 horas para poder tener una cena en pareja ya que hace casi un año que no lo hacíamos, en otras palabras, era una cena bastante especial y que teníamos muchas ganas de tener,el cual fue el motivo por el que reserve con antelación. Vivo a 5 minutos andando del restaurante y me da mucha pena que nos ignorarán de tal forma, por lo que no lo recomendaré a ninguna persona de la zona. Terrible servicio y comida con buen aspecto aunque no puedo valorarla al 100% ya que no nos dieron la oportunidad.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had a booking for my 21st birthday tonight at 8pm. We were told to wait outside for 10 mins until a table was clear, we waited for at least 15 minutes until he seated us. It took 20 minutes for us to be given a menu which WE HAD TO ASK FOR. The waiter completely ignored us multiple times walking past our table, seated another table behind us and gave them menus and took their drinks order within 10 mins of them being in the restaurant. We waited another 15 mins (now 45 mins after our booking time) for them to take our drinks order which they didn’t so we gave up and left. Will definitely never visit again and WOULDNT RECOMMEND. Completely ruined my 21st birthday and had to go home early as other restaurants had stopped taking food orders. DO NOT GO HERE!
