    The room was quite small and noisy for the price. Could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned as when I went to look for a plug there were wrappers behind the side table. There wasn’t a plug next to the bed. The checkout was at 11 but I got knocked on by the cleaners twice before 11 to leave the room so had to explain check out was 11 so that was when I was leaving.

    Rooms: The decor colour was my only negative..carpets and furnishings are very good, however I found the paintwork a bit drab for my taste, different shades of coffee browns don't work for me..that said it is a great hotel and that's why I will be using them in the future. Walkability: Great location to walk to all the shopping and entertainments, Leeds is a great place.
