I called up as a new patient after a clean and was told I cannot see the Dentist I wanted, and could not book in to have my teeth cleaned without an hour’s £120 consultation first. Very hostile to new customers and difficult to afford a simple hygienist appointment without a consultation I didn’t want or need.
