I have recently used The Memory Lab to restore and digitise one of my childhood photo albums. The majority of my childhood photos were destroyed in a flood and the few that survived were badly damaged. The photos I've attached below show just one example of the magic work The Memory Lab can do. You can see the flood damage to all of the photos in the album and the amazing work that The Memory Lab has done to completely restore each photo. From the moment I first made contact The Memory Lab were extremely helpful, quick to respond, friendly and professional whilst also being compassionate. I trusted them with my precious photos and they were handled with great care. The whole process was so easy, I simply handed the old album over the rest was taken care of. The initial scanning process was very quick and my photos were hand delivered back to me a couple of days later. The Memory Lab then kept in touch with me at various points along the way and gave me updates on photos as they were being restored. I now have a digital album of beautifully restored photos from my childhood. They have completely exceeded my expectations and my family and I are eternally grateful. It has meant a lot to my dad being able to relive so many memories without the added reminder of the flood. I have a number of albums in the same condition and I will be using The Memory Lab to restore and digitise these too!
