F1 Authentics: I don't recommend buying there. What I ordered: A square of the chequered flag of the Italian Grand Prix. I wanted the names of me and my parents printed onto the flag. So three lines of names in total. Paid €270 for it (€350 with customs service since UK isn't part of the EU anymore). What I got: A square of the flag and printed onto it my name and surname. So basically a complete different item. They not only messed up the number of lines, but also ignored the initial order. And I even double checked the names with an employee back in July '22 and F1 Authentics confirmed to me, that three names in three lines were printed onto the flag. They offered me another square of another flag as an "goodwill gesture". Yeah. No. They didn't even get my first order right, so why would I want another product of the same kind? Update: I was offered a full refund and informed that it could take up to 14 days. After 14 days I received the notification of a full refund, so it's a case closed for me.

I have been a long time customer of UFC Collectibles, ever since they changed ownership to 'The Memento Group' I have had nothing but terrible experiences. Awful communication, unethical actions and more. I have never wrote a google review in my life so there's a reason they are my first.

Just received my poster from ufc 276. It is Ben and tear along the edges. Then they want me to pay to exchange it. God knows how much that is from the United States to the United Kingdom. It’s not the money it’s the principle of it.

Personally a bad experience with the Memento Group / F1 Authentic's. Item showing as available/in-stock online. However, it took 2 weeks for the item to be shipped and numerous chase emails from myself. Once received the incorrect item was sent. No phone customer support, everything is done via email with a 2 day lead time on replies. Would be sceptical to use again. F1 should look to use another partner for merchandise distribution.
