over the last 2 months i have been feeling unwell in march 2023 i called surgery because my chest was tight and i could not breath freely i was given an appointment later the same day and diagnosed with a chest infection during this last 2 months i have had to speak and deal with telephone receptionist, downstairs receptionist, Shelley, Sarah who on one visit brought in a doctor and the lady who carries out the ecg i was referred to hospital with result of ecg and have had a consultancy and seveal scans and checks and my final cardiogram is on 11th may during this time all the people i dealt with at the surgery were exceptional showed understanding comforting attitude professionalism and thorough giving out a feeling that somebody does really care all i can say is thank you all this has happened within 8 weeks and everybody i have been in contact with are a credit to the nhs whilst working under such pressure

This review is on behalf of my wife who had an ongoing acute ear infection. The treatment that she received by both the clinicians that examined her was excellent and no stone was left unturned to get the bottom of the acute infection. Blood pressure, temperature and swabs were taken to determine the best treatment. Telephone discussions were made with DRI pathology lab to discuss the best treatment to prescribe. Even a call was made to rheumatology to confirm that my wife should stop her immune suppressants whilst enduring such a bad infection. On her last visit although the infection was considerably better the clinician decided that she needed to be checked by an ENT consultant, this the clinician arranged whilst my wife was still with her and she has already had her first appointment with the ENT consultant. I would like to thank the clinician for her diligence in this matter and the care she gave my wife whilst she was suffering a great deal of pain.

One star is too much for medical center!!! The worst medical service in my life. Dr is unhelpful and treated me like suspicious person. He rejected medical problems and symptoms. I felt horrible. Seriously😳 From long time I suffer with serveral medical issues and I tried get some help. Nothing more than this! Staff are rude and lazy. I was front of the building and calling to MC (I just wanted to check them). Automat still says: "u r currently nr 4 in the queue", in the same time receptionist was busy with her mobile phone and no patients in MC. I've been watched her very careful. How's possible to be 4th in the queue in this situation?!🧐 At 8:30 am no available appointments! Joke😑! 0 points is correct number for them👌

Really they don't deserve even one star there not helpful at all the service is zero. The secretary and the nurses the have always an excuse no to help you I been trying to sort my health issues with them but they don't really care. I had couple appointments with this gp and they always tell me the same thing. I would said that there not professional, even my daughter had some health problems and the gp sent her somewhere else to get treated and she called the place to book an appointment but they don't weren't answer the phone for over a month and when they answered they told her that why doesn't the gp does the treatment when they can do it to so is just a waist of time so I wouldnt recommend there service to anyone thats has health problems because like I said they won't do anything for you apart form making excuses and treat you like s***you
