I wish I could put 0. Worst receptionist (Magda). She was completely unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone to register here. Called at 08.02, picked up after 17 minutes and then told all appointments are finished. Was told only 5 available per day after insisting. Absolutely shocking practice and disrespectful staff. Would review the Doctor if we ever met him. Absolutely disgusting. Child has still not been seen for a week.

Worst gp joke staff who take hours to answer the doctors act like they know it all when they just google symptoms avoid this place as its a shame they cant even talk just want you of the phone and out have to wait weeks under a month to just get results or a call back when your ill now not in a month since kukar passed its gone downhill and should be shut down as they are killing people with waiting times. I wish I could give 0 star but that isn’t possible. The worst gp I ever seen. The receptionist are rude and will keep you in the line for an hour even if they not speaking to other patients. I have been waiting 16 days for my appointment and eventually when the day arrived they canceled it and told be the doctor has been sick, Understandable. Are their no other doctors or nurses? Was the question and they don’t have answer to it. I asked for new appointment expecting it to the next day which is Friday and the receptionist went no we ain’t got no space. Space what are you talking about you guys canceled my appointment. We got space only on Tuesday not even Monday and I have been waiting for 16 days for the appointment they canceled, unbelievable.

Drove 1 hour to this doctor surgery , along arrival the staff and nurser were verbally abusing a customer, after ebetering I was greeted by a rude woman with a head scarf , the worst welcome and baddest manners at this location
