Absolutely clueless when it comes to complex tiptronic gearbox repairs. They have kept my car for 4 months (This is going back few years back). Paid them in thousands and even assisted them with some of the work they needed doing by pointing them to specialist cnc toolers in London, for the gear casing repairs. Simon refused giving my car back and asked for the whole quotation to be paid yet was unable to repair the gearbox. All in all £4k spent and eventually his dad agreed to give the car back for an additional sum of £1K and as the car was not drivable, on that night left the car in the village location to collet it in the morning with a recovery truck. My car was vandalised during the night. They will probably respond saying never had you me a customer. They know exactly which car !!! Do yourself a favour, take your car and business elsewhere.
