Lovely owner and very helpful who is very unsure about the continued business as HS2 is building on his door step, and maybe lost to supposed progress. The site is in decline and very overgrown as it's officially closed until building work is finished. However, if you just need a one night stopover you can stay on his drive, water and waste disposal on site, no toilets. just give him a call. Dog-friendliness: Large field to one side of the site to walk the dogs, close to the road so you can't let them loose and sheep in the other fields but separated by a stream.

A simple site but lovely just what we wanted. Owner very knowledgeable about the area, he even cut a path on the bank so we could see the river where it meets the stream. Easy lovely walk into beautiful kenilworth. Looking forward to returning.
