    I called for a GP appointment at 8am and got through - appointment at 9:20 same day - receptionist was lovely. I saw a Locum doctor ( I missed his name ) who was highly professional, polite and knowledgable. Easy to bash the NHS at present but my experience was 5stars.

    Two days in a row I have tried to get an appointment, rang constantly over 100 times from 8 o'clock and got no where!!! I have chest pain and it hurts to breathe I need antibiotics, they have told me to ring other services who also are too busy. Yet my friend rung and got an appointment for anxiety, it's not on. I will be registering else where!!!!

    I have phoned this practice 3 times bang on 8 o'clock been in position 4 in the queue for 22 mins then finally speak to someone that asked my date of birth and name and then replied no appointments took 22 mins to say this joke

    Very bad service, I have been waiting for 8 months and ringing up regularly, I still have not solved my problems as they can’t seem to open a bit earlier/later. (8am and 12 at midnight) It is beyond a joke.

    I have tried on several occasions to book an appointment but have always been told there are no appointments and to phone in the morning. I tell them that it is impossible to get through in the morning as i am travelling by train and there's no signal . I suppose the system works if you are sat on your backside all day and can wait for a triage appointment if one is available . I have a problem with uncontrolled blood pressure and only want some different medication before any permanent damage is done . Not even a telephone appointment is available . I know it's not the receptionists fault as they are only following protocol , but hey it's not working BIG TIME !!!
