Andy and Mark are incredible hosts, the house itself was so beautiful and if you love modern vintage 😍 then you will love it here. It felt like I was home away from mine. South Hampton is beautiful and they were nice enough to let me stay in the house lodge while waiting to catch my train back home. If I am back in South Hampton am definitely coming back here.

Really clean, accessible and quiet guesthouse in Southampton. The price is more than perfect for what you get. The instructions were sent by the host on time. I really liked the room and the kitchen, both well equipped. Besides, I like to be alone and not bothered, I found peace, no guests were intrusive at all. The guesthouse is only 5 minutes away, by foot to the station and 10 minutes to the city center, which is, again perfect! So a big thanks to Mark and Andy.

Fabulous guest house. Plenty of facilities to use like communal kitchen and dining/sitting area. There are personal cupboards for food as well as shared fridges. The room was lovely with a spacious en-suite. Room service was provided each weekday which was very welcome. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station and everywhere else in the city is within a 30 minute walk which is handy.
