Having used Mayfair Cleaning Company for the company I work for for a few years, I can honestly advise to go with another cleaning company that will actually care about customer service. Time after time I have had to chase our Area Manager which should not be the case, I should not be having to chase someone we are paying a service for. They made mistakes with our invoices, trying to charge us for their orders for their own office, they placed bulk orders for items we did not need and nor us nor our cleaner requested, meaning our monthly charges were through the roof. Upon the end of our contract there was no handover from MCC, they didn't return the keys that our cleaner had handed them until I prompted them and asked that they be returned, and they advised our sanitary bin would be collected on a particular day, so I arranged for the replacement on the following day, and they collected it two days early. There was problem after problem with MCC, but I have now found a cleaning company that have already gone above and beyond. Avoid at all costs!
