I bought a storage bed with a mattress here 5 years ago...I've moved house so i went back and bought a mattress for another bed base I have...customer service is on another level Paul, helped me choose my bed and mattress a few years ago that are still going strong and he helped me select a new mattress today. You can get delivery too. I even bought a nice lamp on impulse, tell them Jimmy sent you, you might get a biscuit 😁...car parking isn't easy but there are spaces outside the shop (you have to cross the bus lane to get to them) but I've not had any difficulty. Quick update I only went ordered the wrong size mattress...all sorted in less than an hour, I really can't rate these guys any higher, absolutely first-class service 👏 😀 👍🏼 👌
